Richard has spent 30+ years building and running pharmaceutical and medtech businesses across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the US and Europe.

As Managing Director and CEO of Acrux Limited (ASX:ACR), he led the company's transformational licensing transaction — the US$335m global deal with Eli Lilly for Axiron® — and delivered Acrux's maiden profit and A$100m dividend in 2010. The same year he was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Listed Company category) and has subsequently served on the EY judging panel.
